Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive telehealth triage assessments to determine patient urgency and appropriate care pathways
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and follow-up services
- Maintain accurate electronic health records while adhering to HIPAA compliance standards
- Provide clear, empathetic patient education on symptoms, treatment options, and preventive care

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Maryland with minimum 3 years clinical experience
- Valid BLS/ACLS certification and current DEA registration
