Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive telehealth assessments for patients across diverse demographics
- Provide evidence-based triage recommendations and care coordination
- Document patient encounters accurately in Epic EHR systems
- Collaborate with providers to ensure timely interventions
- Handle high-call-volume environments with exceptional efficiency
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and data security protocols
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in North Carolina (or compact state)
- Minimum 3 years clinical nursing experience
- Triage certification (ENPC, TNCC, or equivalent)
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms and EHR systems
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Exceptional communication skills across diverse populations
- Ability to work independently in remote setting
- BLS/ACLS certification required
