Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough telephone and virtual patient assessments to determine urgency and appropriate care level
- Provide evidence-based clinical advice to patients and caregivers
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care transitions

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas (TX)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience
