Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough telephone and virtual patient assessments using evidence-based protocols
- Provide clinical guidance and triage recommendations for diverse patient populations
- Document accurate electronic health records (EHR) in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Collaborate with providers to coordinate urgent care pathways

Qualifications
- Active RN license in California
- Minimum 3 years clinical nursing experience with ER or urgent care background
- BSN or higher degree preferred
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms (e.g., Teladoc, Amwell)
- Exceptional critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience with EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
