Responsibilities
- Monitor patient health status and vital signs throughout the night shift.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Provide compassionate personal care and assistance to patients.
- Document patient care plans, observations, and interventions in electronic health records.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for patients.
Qualifications
- Active and unencumbered RN, LPN, or CNA license in the State of Tennessee.
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a hospital or skilled nursing facility.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (3rd Shift) and holidays.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS preferred.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
