Responsibilities
- Assess patient health status by interviewing patients, performing physical examinations, and reviewing medical histories.
- Develop and implement a patient care plan in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and record patient symptoms, reactions, and progress.
- Educate patients and their families about post-treatment home care.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing school (Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing).
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of California.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated empathy and a commitment to patient safety and quality care.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
