Responsibilities
- Design, prototype, and implement core components of the 2026 Protocol using advanced architectural patterns.
- Lead the technical strategy for high-availability, distributed systems capable of processing exabyte-scale data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex research concepts into deployable software.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain the highest standards of quality and security.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize system latency to ensure millisecond-level response times.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically regarding post-silicon computing and neuromorphic engineering.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead architectural role.
- Deep understanding of the 2026 stack, including Quantum-Safe Encryption, Neuromorphic Interfaces, and Edge-Cloud convergence.
- Proficiency in high-level languages such as Python, Rust, or Go, and familiarity with low-level hardware interaction.
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and microservices architecture.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
