Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality 2D animations, motion graphics, and visual effects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX/UI, Product, Engineering) to align animation styles with product goals.
- Optimize animated assets for performance across various devices and platforms.
- Create storyboards and concept sketches to visualize animation sequences before production.
- Maintain and evolve the company’s style guide regarding motion and interaction design.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in 2D animation or motion graphics.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software: Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Cinema 4D.
- Strong understanding of timing, spacing, and easing principles.
- Excellent portfolio demonstrating a range of styles and technical capabilities.
- Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate rapidly.
