Responsibilities
- Create high-fidelity 2D animations and motion graphics for web, mobile, and social media campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with the art director and copywriters to translate complex concepts into visual narratives.
- Ensure all animations are optimized for performance and maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
- Mentor junior designers and conduct regular design reviews to maintain high creative standards.
- Develop storyboards and visual treatments during the pre-production phase of projects.
- Stay updated on emerging motion trends and software updates to continuously improve skill sets.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables in a fast-paced agency environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in 2D motion design and animation.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating expertise in typography, character animation, and visual effects.
- Familiarity with 3D compositing tools (Cinema 4D, Blender) is a significant plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate creative concepts to non-design stakeholders.
- Self-driven and capable of working independently as well as within a collaborative team structure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
