Responsibilities
- Create high-quality 2D character animations and motion graphics for digital campaigns, television spots, and social media content.
- Collaborate closely with art directors, storyboard artists, and sound designers to ensure visual consistency and narrative coherence.
- Develop and refine animation rigs and tools to streamline the production workflow.
- Review and critique animation shots for timing, spacing, and emotional impact, providing constructive feedback to junior artists.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in 2D animation, styleframes, and motion design technologies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a 2D Animator or Motion Designer in a professional studio environment.
- Expert proficiency in industry-standard software including Adobe After Effects, Toon Boom Harmony, and Cinema 4D.
- Strong understanding of animation principles, including squash and stretch, follow-through, and anticipation.
- A professional portfolio showcasing a variety of styles, including character animation and motion graphics.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate creative concepts clearly.
