Responsibilities
- Design and create high-quality 2D animations for web, mobile, and interactive campaigns.
- Utilize keyframe animation, rigging, and morphing techniques to ensure smooth character performance.
- Collaborate closely with art directors and developers to integrate assets seamlessly into digital products.
- Develop efficient workflows to manage complex animation projects and tight deadlines.
- Conduct regular reviews and iterate on animations based on stakeholder feedback.
- Maintain and update animation libraries and asset repositories.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in 2D animation and motion graphics.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software including Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate, and Blender.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating advanced character animation and storytelling skills.
- Excellent understanding of timing, spacing, and easing principles.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced Agile environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
