The Role:
As an AI Architect, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade engineering. You will be responsible for designing scalable neural networks, optimizing inference pipelines for high-traffic environments, and establishing best practices for MLOps within our growing engineering team.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable deep learning models using PyTorch and TensorFlow optimized for edge devices.
- Lead the design and implementation of the 2026 AI Stack, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency.
- Optimize model performance for inference speed and resource consumption.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data Science, Engineering) to integrate AI solutions into consumer products.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies to keep our stack ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering or AI Research roles.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning algorithms.
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Airflow, Sagemaker).
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
