Responsibilities
- Design Future-Proof Architectures: Define the core technical roadmap for our proprietary neural engine, ensuring scalability and efficiency for 2026 and beyond.
- Quantum Integration: Lead the technical strategy for integrating quantum algorithms with classical deep learning models.
- Mentorship & Culture: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture, mentoring junior architects and researchers.
- Ethical AI Implementation: Oversee the implementation of safety protocols and bias mitigation strategies in large language models.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate complex research into deployable software solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML systems.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Future-Ready Skills: Familiarity with quantum computing concepts (Qiskit, Cirq) and neuromorphic engineering.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading engineering teams through complex technical transitions.
