- System Architecture: Design and implement high-scale, distributed AI systems capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time.
- Lead Innovation: Evaluate emerging technologies (Quantum Computing, Neuromorphic Engineering) and integrate viable solutions into our core stack.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineering leads to translate futuristic concepts into executable technical strategies.
- Code Excellence: Mentor a team of senior engineers, enforcing best practices for security, scalability, and performance.
- Roadmap Execution: Own the technical delivery schedule for key 2026 product milestones, ensuring on-time and high-quality releases.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a deep focus on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Technical Mastery: Expert proficiency in Python, Rust, and distributed systems. Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks is required.
- Visionary Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think 5-10 years ahead of current industry trends and propose forward-thinking architectural solutions.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams through complex, multi-year projects.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical roadmaps to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
