Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, fault-tolerant AI systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Lead the integration of emerging 2026-era technologies, including advanced LLMs, Multimodal AI, and Agentic workflows.
- Define and enforce Responsible AI standards, ensuring fairness, transparency, and accountability in automated decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric applications.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce computational overhead for real-time applications.
- Establish MLOps best practices to streamline the deployment and monitoring of machine learning models.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a specialized focus on AI/ML.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern NLP frameworks.
- Extensive experience designing cloud-native architectures on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI models at scale with high availability.
- Strong understanding of data privacy laws and AI ethics principles.
