Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of complex AI infrastructure designed to scale for 2026 enterprise demands.
- Model Strategy: Lead the selection and fine-tuning of Generative AI models, ensuring optimal performance and ethical alignment.
- Technical Roadmap: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical milestones and deliverables for future quarters.
- Code Quality: Establish best practices for MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with at least 4 years specializing in AI/ML architecture.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure), and microservices.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle unstructured problems and deliver robust production solutions.
