Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures tailored for the 2026 technological landscape.
- Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle for Large Language Models (LLMs) and Autonomous Agents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps and technical standards.
- Ensure the ethical, transparent, and secure deployment of AI systems in production environments.
- Conduct deep-dive technical research to identify emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing, Edge AI) that provide competitive advantages.
- Mentor and coach junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Extensive expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI models at scale.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Transformer architectures, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
