Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Tech Stack: Design and implement the core architectural framework for our proprietary AI systems, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into emerging technologies including Generative AI, Quantum Computing interfaces, and Neural Networks.
- System Optimization: Oversee the deployment and optimization of machine learning models to ensure high performance and low latency.
- Talent Mentorship: Mentor a team of junior developers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to define technical roadmaps and long-term strategic goals.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security protocols and ensure all AI solutions adhere to industry standards and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML system design.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex technical projects.
- Future-Forward Thinking: Strong ability to anticipate industry trends and translate them into technical requirements for the 2026 era.
