Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of proprietary AI models focused on scalability and efficiency for the 2026 roadmap.
- Oversee the research and development of Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to translate research into production-ready applications.
- Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines, bias mitigation protocols, and safety standards.
- Present technical findings and architectural proposals to executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in software development and machine learning engineering.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems.
- Proven track record of deploying scalable AI solutions in production environments.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment.
