Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, high-performance infrastructure for the Project 2026 ecosystem.
- Algorithm Development: Spearhead the development and optimization of proprietary neural networks and predictive models.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry standards.
- Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor a team of junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance and implement best practices to ensure 99.99% uptime and low latency.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership or architect role within AI or Machine Learning.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and major ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX).
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Project 2026 Knowledge: Experience with distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
