Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy scalable deep learning models using Python and PyTorch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Product, Engineering) to define AI product roadmap.
- Optimize existing ML pipelines for latency, throughput, and cost efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Implement MLOps best practices using Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or machine learning.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience with data modeling, feature engineering, and A/B testing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
