Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure systems for the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead the research and implementation of emerging technologies including Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and scalability across distributed cloud environments.
- Define technical standards and best practices for the AI engineering department.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (Preferred).
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with a specific focus on AI/ML systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing large-scale projects from conception to deployment.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI, data privacy, and responsible machine learning practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
