Responsibilities
- Define the high-level architecture for Project 2026, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating quantum-ready components into existing legacy systems.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and architects to foster a culture of innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Security, DevOps) to deliver robust solutions.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural assessments to maintain engineering excellence.
- Identify potential risks and technical debt, implementing long-term remediation strategies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven expertise in distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/Azure), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Strong background in high-availability systems and disaster recovery planning.
- Familiarity with quantum computing principles or future-proofing legacy systems is a major plus.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent field; Master’s degree preferred.
