Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy complex machine learning models, including LLMs and computer vision systems, ensuring high accuracy and low latency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing models for inference speed and resource efficiency using techniques such as quantization and model distillation.
- Implement and maintain MLOps pipelines to streamline the development lifecycle, from experimentation to production deployment.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI systems to ensure reliability and adherence to ethical AI guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or data science.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
