Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement scalable infrastructure capable of supporting advanced AI models and autonomous agents by 2026.
- Lead Technical Vision: Translate abstract concepts of AGI (Artificial General Intelligence) into concrete architectural blueprints and technical roadmaps.
- Optimize Neural Networks: Work closely with data scientists to optimize model inference, latency, and energy efficiency.
- Cloud Native Integration: Spearhead the migration to hybrid-cloud environments that prioritize security, privacy, and real-time processing.
- Mentor Engineering Talent: Guide a team of junior architects and developers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural decisions adhere to the highest standards of cybersecurity and data protection regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of software architecture experience, with at least 3 years specifically focused on AI, Machine Learning, or Distributed Systems.
- Education: BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field. Advanced degrees in AI or Robotics are highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, Rust, and Kubernetes. Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Vector Databases is required.
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and anticipate how emerging technologies will reshape industry standards.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
