Responsibilities
- Lead the research and development of advanced AI models tailored for complex, multi-modal data processing.
- Architect scalable backend systems capable of handling high-throughput inference in real-time environments.
- Implement rigorous testing frameworks and validation protocols to ensure model accuracy and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, security, and design) to translate research into deployable products.
- Stay at the forefront of industry innovation, evaluating and integrating emerging technologies like quantum computing interfaces.
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX).
- Strong background in natural language processing (NLP) and generative adversarial networks (GANs).
- Demonstrated experience in deploying large-scale machine learning models to production.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment.
