Responsibilities
- Lead System Architecture: Design and implement scalable AI architectures for next-gen robotics platforms, ensuring high availability and low latency.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives focusing on Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and reinforcement learning for autonomous decision-making.
- Model Optimization: Optimize neural networks for edge devices and cloud environments, pushing performance boundaries for 2026 standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and hardware engineers to translate technical requirements into robust software solutions.
- Talent Development: Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, with at least 2 years in a lead or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA.
- Domain Knowledge: Proven experience with LLM fine-tuning, NLP pipelines, or robotic control systems.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a track record of solving complex, ambiguous technical challenges.
- Communication: Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
