Job Description
Join the Architects of the 2026 Vision.
We are seeking a visionary Senior AI Spatial Experience Designer to lead the charge in redefining human-computer interaction. At Nexus Horizon Labs, we are building the spatial operating systems of tomorrow, integrating Generative AI with immersive environments.
In this role, you won't just design screens; you will design worlds. You will bridge the gap between complex AI models and intuitive, spatial interfaces, ensuring that as we approach the 2026 technological horizon, our users experience seamless, magical, and meaningful interactions.
Why Join Us?
- Work on cutting-edge technology that is shaping the future of work and play.
- Competitive compensation package including equity and health benefits.
- Flexible remote and hybrid work models.
Responsibilities
- Design Spatial Architectures: Create high-fidelity prototypes and user flows for AI-driven spatial interfaces (AR/VR/MR) using tools like Unreal Engine and Unity.
- AI Integration Strategy: Collaborate with machine learning engineers to visualize and design the 'brain' of the application, translating algorithmic data into human-readable spatial metaphors.
- Usability Research: Conduct user testing in simulated environments to iterate on interaction paradigms, ensuring accessibility and intuitiveness for diverse user bases.
- Design Systems: Establish and maintain a comprehensive design system that scales across multiple devices and platforms, focusing on consistency and scalability.
- Future-Proofing: Anticipate trends in spatial computing and generative AI to propose innovative features that position our products as market leaders by 2026.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with at least 2 years specifically focused on Spatial Computing, AR/VR, or 3D interface design.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in 3D modeling software (Blender, Maya) and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Unity).
- AI Knowledge: Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and how to integrate them into non-traditional interfaces.
- Portfolio: A robust portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and visual storytelling in spatial contexts.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to present complex design concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
