Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap for 2026, identifying key trends in AI, automation, and quantum computing.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies to foresee market shifts and competitive advantages.
- Prototype Development: Lead the creation of high-fidelity prototypes for experimental technologies.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering and design teams to translate futuristic concepts into actionable product strategies.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical visions to executive leadership and board members to secure buy-in for bold initiatives.
- Investment Strategy: Assess and prioritize investment opportunities in external tech startups and partnerships.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, product management, or R&D, with a proven track record of strategic foresight.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, Cloud Infrastructure, and Blockchain technologies.
- Visionary Mindset: Ability to think several years ahead and translate abstract concepts into concrete business value.
- Leadership: Proven experience leading diverse, high-performance teams through periods of rapid innovation.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of simplifying complex technical topics.
