Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning for integrating emerging AI technologies, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design scalable, secure, and high-performance AI infrastructure capable of handling next-gen data loads.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams to translate complex concepts into actionable technical strategies.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor global AI trends and competitor innovations to identify strategic opportunities and potential risks.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present technical visions to C-level executives and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and buy-in.
- Pilot Program Oversight: Direct the execution and evaluation of high-impact AI pilot programs to validate new technologies before full-scale deployment.
Qualifications
- Proven Expertise: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software architecture, data science, or AI strategy, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, NLP, and the architectural implications of Generative AI models.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to anticipate technological shifts (e.g., AGI, autonomous systems) and translate them into business value.
- Cloud Proficiency: Strong background in cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure) with a focus on serverless and edge computing.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to diverse audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree is a plus.
