Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care for seniors including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs per care plans
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with daily living activities
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social outings
- Maintain detailed care records and communicate with families
- Implement emergency protocols and ensure client safety
- Participate in interdisciplinary care team meetings
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional caregiving experience
- Valid Alaska driver's license and reliable vehicle
- CPR/First Aid certification and TB screening
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
