Responsibilities
- Provide personalized assistance with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with proper hydration and dietary needs
- Administer medications accurately and maintain detailed health records
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities
- Engage clients in meaningful conversation and cognitive stimulation activities
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes in client condition promptly
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized living environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or certified nursing assistant (CNA) license
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license and reliable transportation
- Certified in CPR/First Aid or willing to obtain immediately
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills and compassionate demeanor
- Clear criminal background check and drug screening required
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
