Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate companionship and personal care to elderly clients
- Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Monitor client health status and document observations accurately
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social outings
- Administer prescribed medications and follow care plans precisely
- Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating home environment
- Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional caregiving experience
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean record
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Background check and drug screening required
