Responsibilities
- Provide personalized companionship and emotional support to senior clients
- Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, meal preparation)
- Monitor health status and administer medications as prescribed
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social outings
- Maintain detailed care records and communicate with family members
- Create engaging activity plans to promote mental and physical wellness
- Uphold strict confidentiality and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years professional caregiving experience
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) license
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license with clean record
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
