Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care to elderly clients including medication management, meal preparation, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document health observations using our digital care system
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities using company vehicle
- Develop and implement customized care plans in collaboration with families and medical teams
- Assist with daily living activities while maintaining strict confidentiality and dignity
- Participate in ongoing training to maintain certifications in CPR, First Aid, and dementia care
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional caregiving experience with verifiable references
- Current CPR/First Aid certification and ability to pass background check
- Valid Indiana driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks with proper technique
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Experience with electronic health records preferred
