Responsibilities
- Provide personalized assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Monitor vital signs and medication adherence while maintaining detailed care logs
- Engage clients in meaningful social activities and cognitive stimulation exercises
- Transport clients to medical appointments and community events safely
- Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to implement care plans
- Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment for clients
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience with seniors
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification preferred
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with clean driving record
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
