We are looking for individuals who are reliable, patient, and eager to build meaningful relationships with those they care for.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance quality of life.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
- Monitor client health and report any changes or concerns to the supervising nurse or case manager.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and accompany them on walks or outings.
- Administer medication as prescribed and document care logs accurately.
Qualifications
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience as a CNA, Home Health Aide, or Caregiver preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if driving clients is required).
- Strong communication skills and a patient, compassionate demeanor.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
