Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care plans for seniors with mobility challenges, dementia, and post-surgery recovery needs
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs with precision and compassion
- Assist with daily living activities including meal preparation, hygiene, and light housekeeping
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities safely
- Maintain detailed care logs and communicate effectively with family members
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize client well-being
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years professional caregiving experience with geriatric clients
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) license required
- CPR/First Aid certification and current TB test
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license with clean driving record
- Exceptional patience and emotional intelligence for high-needs clients
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
