Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized care plans for elderly clients including medication management and mobility assistance
- Provide companionship and emotional support while maintaining client dignity
- Monitor vital signs and health status, reporting changes to clinical team
- Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, meal preparation)
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social engagements
- Maintain detailed care documentation and client records
- Coordinate with family members and healthcare providers
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional caregiving experience or CNA certification
- Valid Missouri driver's license with clean record
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical care tasks
