Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized care including bathing, dressing, medication management, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document health observations using our digital tracking system
- Prepare nutritious meals and accommodate special dietary requirements
- Provide companionship through engaging activities and meaningful conversations
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social outings
- Maintain safe, clean home environments following infection control protocols
- Collaborate with families and healthcare teams to develop care plans
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional caregiving experience (home health or senior care preferred)
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification required
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical care tasks
- Strong communication skills and compassionate demeanor
- Pass background check, drug screening, and TB test
- Basic knowledge of geriatric conditions and care protocols
