Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate virtual companionship and emotional support via video calls
- Monitor client well-being through digital health tracking platformsCoordinate in-person care with family members and local healthcare providers
- Assist with medication reminders via telehealth systems
- Document care progress using our secure digital platform
- Respond to emergency calls and dispatch local support when needed
- Participate in virtual team training and client case reviews
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional caregiving experience
- New York State Home Aide certification (HHA/CNA)
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet workspace
- Proficiency with telehealth software (Zoom, Doxy.me)
- Valid NY driver's license and insured vehicle for local visits
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Fluent in English (Spanish a plus)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
