Responsibilities
- Lead the development of responsive, high-performance web applications using React and TypeScript.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and backend engineers to translate wireframes into production-ready code.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring load times are under 2 seconds on 3G networks.
- Establish and enforce code quality standards, conduct thorough code reviews, and contribute to the engineering culture.
- Mentor and coach junior developers, fostering their professional growth and technical skills.
- Implement automated testing strategies to ensure reliability and reduce technical debt.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development with a strong focus on JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Expert proficiency in the React ecosystem, including Hooks, Context API, and state management.
- Experience with modern CSS frameworks such as Tailwind CSS or Styled Components.
- Deep understanding of web performance optimization, SEO, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment (AWS/GCP).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in an agile, fast-paced environment.
