Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify and validate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with 2026+ impact
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite decision-making
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at industry forums
- Design and execute foresight workshops with Fortune 500 partners
- Analyze geopolitical and socioeconomic vectors shaping future markets
- Create innovation roadmaps aligned with UN SDGs and ESG principles
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in futurism, innovation strategy, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Expertise in systems thinking, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published author in futurism/innovation journals
- Experience with foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
