Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic foresight roadmaps for 2026-2030 technological horizons
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype emerging tech applications (quantum computing, AGI, bio-integration)
- Analyze global tech trends and geopolitical shifts to identify market disruption opportunities
- Present executive-level strategic briefings with data-driven future scenarios
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for collaborative innovation
- Mentor junior futurists and build a world-class foresight methodology
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology research
- Proven track record of developing future roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFCS) preferred
