Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate, geopolitics) to map 2026 industry disruption scenarios
- Develop predictive frameworks and strategic foresight models for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-readiness into product roadmaps
- Author quarterly Horizon Reports with actionable 18-36 month predictions
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-proof solutions and validate emerging technologies
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Champion innovation culture through thought leadership and internal advocacy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with ability to influence senior leadership
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology forecasting
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
