Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological disruptions
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for climate adaptation and circular economy transitions
- Design innovation roadmaps for clients in AI ethics, biotech convergence, and quantum computing
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing organizational resilience
- Produce thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global forums
- Manage cross-functional teams of data scientists, UX researchers, and domain experts
- Drive adoption of foresight methodologies across enterprise strategy functions
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing 5-10 year strategic frameworks
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems modeling
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders
- Published work in peer-reviewed journals or industry white papers
