Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for board-level decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future-proofing business models
- Author forward-looking thought leadership for industry conferences
- Partner with R&D teams to validate and prototype future-facing concepts
- Establish quantitative metrics for tracking emerging trend adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven expertise in trend analysis across tech, policy, and cultural domains
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Mastery of scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and investment committees
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major future-strategy implementations
