- Architect innovation roadmaps integrating emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, neurotech)
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into development lifecycles
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Manage a $5M innovation lab funding portfolio for 2026 pilot projects
- Mentor junior futurists and build external networks with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and World Economic Forum
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record of developing corporate foresight programs for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Exceptional strategic planning skills with demonstrable impact on product roadmaps
- Published author or speaker at Davos, TED, or equivalent high-impact forums
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformation initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio of future-focused projects influencing organizational strategy
