Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026 market landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks using AI-driven scenario planning and quantitative modeling
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with C-suite executives to translate foresight into actionable roadmaps
- Author high-impact trend reports and thought leadership content for global industry forums
- Design and facilitate immersive future-state workshops for Fortune 500 clients
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions based on trend forecasts
- Maintain the Horizon Index—a proprietary real-time trend monitoring system
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech analysis
- Proven expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence trends
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed foresight journals or industry publications
- Experience facilitating C-level strategy sessions with Fortune 500 clients
- Advanced proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, Deloitte Tech Trends)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful trend-to-product translation initiatives
