Responsibilities

- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating emerging technologies with business objectives
- Present actionable insights to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and scenario planning
- Build and manage an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Drive organizational culture shifts to embed anticipatory thinking into daily operations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting frameworks
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products/services based on future insights
- Deep understanding of AI, Web3, climate tech, and human augmentation trends
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (books, journals, keynotes)
